Base notes

Eau de Parfum (EDP) – these types of perfumes contain a concentration of 15% to 20%. Their scent is strong and lasts for about five hours. EDP fragrances are popular for their moderate price and effectiveness.

Eau de Toilet (EDT) – these fragrances have a concentration of around 5% to 15%. It is not as strong as EDP. EDT perfumes feature great scents and are not too overpowering which makes them ideal for everyday wear.

Eau de Cologne (EDC) – These perfumes have a very low concentration of approximately 3% to 5% and offer mild fragrance. The EDC perfume's mild concentration makes it the perfect fragrance for somebody looking for a hint of a scent rather than something strong and long-lasting.

Eau Fraiche – these are the most diluted perfumes with about 1% to 3% concentration. They offer milder and lighter scents and the most affordable perfumes.
